Shipping Policy
In the event that the shipping address you indicate does not match your credit card billing address, the order must be addressed to you and signed for by you upon receipt. Signatures from other parties will not be accepted by UPS. Orders addressed to parties other than the primary name on the credit card account will not be shipped.

We reserve the right to require customers to confirm their identity by sending us a copy of their driver's license via scan or fax. Prior to shipping your order we may phone or e-mail you for such a request.

We ship via UPS, which cannot ship to Post Office boxes.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the United States (Lower 48 states) using UPS Ground. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment�s destination. Orders received after Friday 10am Pacific time may not be shipping until the following Monday. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. At this time we are not set up to ship to international destinations; please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
